Qt 4.6.1 is not released yet but you can get the current development status of 
it from http://qt.gitorious.org. 

Alternatively you can look at the commit Thiago pointed out and use the patch 
to patch your copy of Qt 4.6.0 to get the fix now.

It is a git commit hash akin to an svn or cvs revision number. Check out the 
gitorious site.
