i'm building my program on Win32 using mingw32 compiler.

i've downloaded JPEG 2000 Image Format plugin from this page:
http://qt.nokia.com/products/appdev/add-on-products/catalog/4/Utilities/
qtjp2imageformat

it requires JasPer library, downloaded source code from
http://www.ece.uvic.ca/~mdadams/jasper/

JasPer contains only instructions how to build it on windows using MSVC.
How to build it using mingw32, so that i could build QT JPEG 2000 plugin

in mingw32?
