[Qt-interest] Set right to compile Qt under Win 7, compile phonon

I have compiled Qt as long as I use it without any problem using 
msvc2005 and XP.
Now I have Win 7 installed but still require msvc2005 for compatible 
reasons.
So I extracted the sources into the folder
C:\Program Files\Qt\msvc\2005\4.6.0\

Unfortunately I have no rights to edit or create any files in that folder.
How do I manage to compile Qt then?

Additionally, is there anything to take care of additionaly to compile 
phonon on win7?
