[Qt-interest] Qt fails to compile only because of whitespace in path

Not to put too fine a point on it, but almost all build systems ultimately 
rely on make, which like most systems does not handle whitespace very well 
(why Windows insists on putting whitespace into _system_ folder names is 
beyond me anyway). The only exception to the all-base-to-make-rule that 
comes to mind is ant.
