[Qt-interest] Qt deploy on windows from linux

If it is a Qt application, the source code will need minimal modifications
(in many cases, none) to compile in Windows. I use the exact same gcc
commands to generate the executables in windows as I do to generate the
binaries in linux. This is one of the good things about using Qt.
