[Qt-interest] [Ann] Qt 4.5 Release Candidate Available

The Qt 4.5 Release Candidate is now available for download, testing and
feedback.  Qt 4.5 is scheduled for final release in March 2009.

The Release Candidate provides a final chance for testing and feedback
of the new features in Qt 4.5, including:
- Broad performance improvements
- Upgrade to the latest version of WebKit
- Added 64-bit support on the Mac platform

The Qt 4.5 Release Candidate is available under both the GPL and a
special Beta license. LGPL-licensed Qt 4.5 packages will not be
available until the final release of Qt 4.5.0 in March. Source packages
are available for all supported platforms. To download the Release
