Wrong package! - if you want to compile with VS 2005 you definitively don't want the MinGW version (which comes with a gcc compiler and the needed ("minimal set of") GNU tools for Windows) ;)

But you want to use the MS compiler, so what you are after is here:  ftp://ftp.trolltech.no/qt/source/qt-win-opensource-src-4.4.3.zip
