[Qt-interest] How do we step one level out of given application directory path.

Hi,

In my Qt GUI application, for one of the requirement, I m using 
QApplication::applicationDirPath(). This function for example returns me 
"C:/Application/GUI/Common/", i need to step one directory level out like 
"C:/Application/GUI/". I m unable to achieve this. 

Can anybody suggest me some solution.
