Actually the answer is "no". Because to compile something you need a compiler. 
And Qt Creator is a development environment (kind of an extended editor).

But you can edit the books sources with Qt Creator and create projects around 
them (if there aren't any yet) and then tell Creator to compile the sources if 
you have the needed compilers installed...
