[Qt-interest] VS 2005 Integration unexpectedly rebuilds everything

Hi Everybody,
Running on XP SP2 with VS Standard 2005 SP1, I've used Qt Commercial since 4.3.1, and currently use 4.4.3. Each Qt version, I have installed the VS Integration, and generally it works well. Most of the time, when I action Build-and-Run, the generated vsproj only compiles the modified and dependent files. The main annoyance is that sometimes build and run executes all 600 of the MOC and UIC steps! The behaviour seems completely random - sometimes when the project has just been opened, other times after dozens of normal fast builds.
It is really frustrating when a 30 second compile, for no apparent reason becomes a 10 minute full rebuild - especially at the end of the day, when I'm hurrying to get out the door - and don't need a forced coffee break!
Does anyone else using VS observe this behaviour? Which versions are you using?
Is VS the culprit, or the VS project files generated by the integration? Note - the generated files folder seems to be empty, as if it is doing a clean and rebuild, but the clean message does not appear. What else could cause VS to delete all of the generated files and do a rebuild?
Would upgrading to VS 2008 Standard help?
Thanks in advance for any guidance!
Tony Rietwyk
