[Qt-interest] about installing Qt4.4.3

hi friends,
          i installed qt4.4.3 open source in my Linux fc7 .. i set the path
and its work fine
 now i try to change the session from GNOME to KDE in interest of Qt .. here
the problem came ... the qmake, designer , assistant all were over write by
KDE settings .. qt 4.3.5 is running with qmake ...
           please help me to resolve the problem .. shall i re install the
source again  ...
