[Qt-interest] VS 2005 Integration unexpectedly rebuildseverything

This may sound a stupid question, but are you absolutely shure you mouse hit 
"Build Solution" and not "Rebuild Solution" immediately below, while you 
were hurrying to get out the door?

BTW, I wished I would find a way how to force recreation of all moc_*.cpp 
files, because a rebuild or clean/build will not do that in my system. I 
always need to either change all *.h files, or remove them and then re-add 
them to the project to force re-run of moc.
