[Qt-interest] Multi-target project file generation

Can qmake generate multi-target Visual Studio project files?  I'm faced
with having to create project files for both 32-bit and 64-bit builds of
my product, and I'd rather generate a single project file for each
project that contains both targets, instead of two separate project
files for each -- and then two separate Solutions to house them.
