[Qt-interest] retrieve MIME data for the drag operation

Hello ,

I have subclassed a QAbstractItemModel and reimplement the mimeData() to set
the custom MIME type.

The nodes are loaded from an object oriented database and arranged in a
treeview.

now i want to create a drag object in the mouse press event and i need some
hint on how to retrieve the corresponding MIME data
of that tree item. i m trying to drag node from the treeview to the widget
that is the subclass of QGraphicsView.


Any hint on that?
Please ask me if anyone need more elaboration
