Do you mean one with custom widgets, or just an ordinary application that
exposes an accessible interface to screen readers?

In theory, any of the Qt 4 example applications should support accessibility
features if run with the QT_ACCESSIBILITY environment variable set to 1, but
it seems that they won't expose any kind of interface without a bridge like
QDBusBridge, which brings us to...

I'm not aware of any other way to get the sources. What problems are you
experiencing with svn?
