[Qt-interest] QFileIconProvider not supporting many icons on Linux

I've posted few screenshots of QListWidget with QDirModel on qtcentre.org:

As you can see on Linux only (almost) folder and "text file" icon are used.
For mac and windows - AFAIK full native iconset is used. The question is can
Qt support (or why it doesn't/can't) iconsets that follow XDG standards for
broader set of filetypes/mimes? It got folder and text file icon from the
used icon theme.
