[Qt-interest] can't debug qt gui project on eclipse 3.4.1

Hello all, 
my setup ise Eclipse 3.4.1(Ganymede) with CDT 5.0.1, QT 4.4.3, qt-eclipse integration 1.4.3, MinGW 5.1.4 with gdb 6.8 .
i have set up the Image Viewer project that was listed on the Qt site, all is fine when i make a "Clean project", it builds with no error, it also runs with no error, but it gives the following error when i debug the project:
  Error creating session  Process Terminated
I guess nothing is wrong in my configuration, my QT bin directory is added to PATH also i select MinGW debugger in the Debug Settings menu of Eclipse. 
Any suggestion is apreciated..
