1) You can re-run configure and specify the -no-openssl option. This
should stop it from trying to link kerberos.
2) What CD do you need. The Qt distribution is a tar file which you can
simply download and untar. For Redhat, you can download a .iso file and
burn your own CD. Further, Redhat 9 is now pretty old. You might
consider CentOS 5 since it is derived from Redhad. Again, download the
iso files and burn your own CD's
