[Qt-interest] Issue in launching help window on non-developmentenvironment PC

Hi,

Assistant needs one of the sql driver plugins from QTDIR/plugins/sqldrivers.
IIRC it's the SQL Lite plugin. To test, just copy the sqldrivers directory
next to the assistant binary.
