yes i can run the application.The executable is in MacOS folder.

The message informs that it cannot find the executable binary inside myApp.app. The binary should be located in MyApp.app/Contents/MacOS/
Are you able to run your application at all, before trying to deploy it? It sounds like you haven't build it, or perhaps the build failed?
