[Qt-interest] Building without -Zc:wchar_t-?

Hi    I use Qt-4.4.3 under Windows and Qt has the default build option -Zc:wchar_t-. But I use some libraries, which were built without that option and I can't rebuild its. Is it safe to rebuilds the Qt-library without-Zc:wchar_t-?
