The main problem here is not the technical part but the fact that
the license prohibits distribution of some important parts of
the debugging tools. So the MS tools cannot be shipped the same
way as it is possible with gdb, and therefore any possible solution
will feel less "integrated". If there is a solution at all...

I am fairly optimistic that the _technical_ problems could be solved
in this particular case.
