[Qt-interest] Minimal Install of Poppler for Qt 4

Dan,

I did get the poppler sample working on OSX, cannot recall the
details, but the main steps where :

- build poppler from source
- change the .pro file to point to the right place (INCLUDEPATH, LIBS)
- qmake, make ...

Post the bit which give you a rough time, to have a look at it
