[Qt-interest] Passing commandline options in QtCreator...

Here is a screenshot that comes close to it: It shows the 'Build 
Settings', and there is also the tab 'Run Settings'.

(It may however be that you do not have that tab if you run an older 
version of Qt Creator than v0.9.1)
