[Qt-interest] vs2005 / vs2008 / 4.5.2 continually rebuilds project

I'm just wondering if anybody else is experiencing a problem with 4.5.2 
commercial and VS 2005 or 2008 (we've tried both...)

We cannot compile any of our projects without having to rebuild the 
entire project.  It's rather frustrating!

There are some comments about similar problems at the following link but 
they are mainly to do with people building Qt itself.
