[Qt-interest] Eclipse integration debugging problem

Linux works perfectly fine, the problems only arise in Windows.

It doesn't on my system, so I guess something during the installation went  
wrong.

I only found a way to set it for a certain project, but not globally.

Then maybe something went wrong with the Qt Integration installation, but  
I repeated the whole installation routine like 3 times and it still  
doesn't work.
