[Qt-interest] two help menus - 4.5.2 mac

We've got a slightly strange issue here with the Qt 4.5.2 on Mac.  We 
are getting two Help menus appearing in the Mac menu bar instead of 
one.  We have one 'Help' menu entry in our .ui file, with a couple of 
sub items.  They appear on one menu and the other menu has two 'Mac' 
entries - 'Search' and 'Auralia Help'.

Has anybody else experienced this?
