[Qt-interest] Submitting changes in a QTableView

I am not going to say, that implementation of plugin mechanism is not needed.
But since QT 4 I never created one plugin.
Promoting widgets is sufficient and very fast approach to allow visual design without time consuming plugin creation.
It might not be related to your question, but I suggest you to try it.
Avoiding subclassing just because you don't know how to use visual design and subclass at the same time is so wrong.

Alex

I didn't test promoting widgets. What doesn't work is the plugin mechanism of
the integrated Qt designer.
Nokia is a strategic developer and board member of the Eclipse Foundation for
about four years now. But still the Qt integration is very poor (drawbacks
with Qt-Designer, debugging Qt-Types and so on).
