[Qt-interest] accessing line numbers of selected text in a QTextEdit

Hi

I'd like to know the line numbers of a possible selected text in 
QTextEdit; I thought I could use QTextCursor return by the text edit, 
but then QTextCursor only returns integers which represent the position 
in the whole editor contents...

any clue please?
