[Qt-interest] What's the meaning of QDrag::setHotSpot() ?

The cursor hotspot is the pixel-offset in the cursor pixmap that
interacts with the screen. If you think about a normal arrow-cursor,
the hotspot is usually the top-left corner pixel. If you think of a
cross-hair cursor, you usually want to move the hotspot to the
center of the pixmap.
