Qt switches the button order when using the Cleanlooks style or the Gtk 
style. That means Qt detected you're running GNOME. If you're not, it's a 
bug.

The other option is that you are running GNOME, but you also have KDE 4 
installed, which overrode the style to Oxygen and therefore sets the 
buttons back to KDE 4 order. If this is the case, switch Qt back to the 
Gtk style.

KDE order: Ok, Cancel
GNOME order: Cancel, Ok
