[Qt-interest] Frame for menubar items

Dear all,

I hope you are fine and doing well.

In my program, I have a menubar containing the "File", "Edit" and etc., and
they are working properly. For some reasons, I need to add a frame around
the menu items (I.e. File) when mouse cursor is on them. 

I have searched and see that we can add a frame around the menubar, but is
there a possibility to add a frame around the menu Items individually?

I have prepared a picture of what I'm expecting to see, which is attached to
the email if you can receive it.
