[Qt-interest] setUnifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac and Cocoa Qt cause problems

Anyone? Anyone? Ok, so I realize this is a somewhat obscure usage
case, but I wouldn't have though it would be so obscure as to get no
response :-)
