To get the MinGW version of Qt, go to
http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads, select the LGPL/Free license model,
and under the Qt:Framework Only, select Download Qt Libraries 4.5 for
Windows(166MB). This will download qt-win-opensource-4.5.2-mingw.exe.
Running the .exe file should download MinGW and Qt. The other
possibility is that your path environment variables need to be updated
to point to the correct version of MinGW.
