[Qt-interest] Frame for menubar items

Dear all,
 
I need to add a frame around the menubar items (i.e. File, Edit, ... ) when
mouse cursor is on them.
 
There is a possibility to add a frame around the menubar, but can we have a
frame around the menu items individually?
 
I have prepared a picture of what I'm expecting to see, which is attached to
the email if you receive it.
