[Qt-interest] QVTKWidget

You need to place it there yourself.
At least I did it after I built VTK.
It will be built in your VTK binary\configuration folder after you built VTK, for example at:
D:\VTK-5.4.2_BIN\Win32\bin\minsizerel

My OS is Vista, Qt is 4.5 and VTK is 5.21.
I cannot find the dll related to QVTKWidget in Qt\4.5.0\plugins\designer
