[Qt-interest] How can I get a menu like this?

Hello, community!

I need a Menu object like this:

1.It should aways pop from bottom to top;
2.The actions on it show be layout in three columns, but do not use a
submenu.
3.The pop point shoud at the middle of the bottom, but not the
left-bottom by defauls.

I hope anyone can give some hint to implement in a simple way.
