[Qt-interest] Icons for actions in menu bar and toolbar

Hi all,
          I am building simple QT applications on windows platform.I used QT
Designer .when i create a new main window , i add actions to menu items in
menu bar (for ex:- Open) I am not able to add icons for the same either in
Menu bar nor in Tool Bar. I tried for finding resource files , but i was
unable to do it.Please can anyone help me out with this. I am very new to QT
hence finding it difficult to fix.
