[Qt-interest] porting .ui file to Qt4(removing qt3 support calls)

Hi,
I am trying to port .ui file from QT3 to QT4  and I want to remove
QT3sUPPORT CALLS.
How can I port .ui file using QT4 designer.?

Kindly help me out.
