[Qt-interest] Redirect the user while browsing webpages.

Hi,

I am making a client server application where server blocks the internet of client by dropping a message block internet.

When user tries to browse through WebPages, It is should get redirected to custom html page with the message "your internet is blocked temporarily".

Can anyone Help?
