Hi,
I followed your posts for a while and my impression is that you will best use 
QTCreator as your IDE. It is strongly connected to QT and also has integrated 
help-funktons which work with mouse-over-effects. With other IDEs you will 
create a lot of hassle into your life. That's not needed.
