[Qt-interest] availableAudioOutputDevices() function doesn't detect audio devices

Hi Tony,

The audio devices are embedded in a laptop, not connected via USB. If Phonon fails at this, I may
have to do DirectShow directly to get at the audio devices. Yes, this does mean Phonon needs some
work there.

I've patched some other areas of Phonon in the DirectShow department, but the Phonon team seems a
bit too busy to take in my patches at the moment.
