[Qt-interest] Windows theming of standard dialogs

On Windows XP, standard dialogs (file, print, etc.) in native Windows 
applications are displayed with XP theming (flat buttons and controls, 
modern button look-and-feel, etc.).  In Qt applications (testing w/ 4.5.1), 
they are not displayed with theming (3D buttons and control borders, Win 
2000 look-and-feel, etc.).  For instance, compare the File | Open dialog in 
Notepad with the Qt application example.  How to get the proper look with Qt 
apps?  Thanks.
