[Qt-interest] Can't generate Qt documentation

Hello,

I'm using Qt source from gitorious, branch 'origin/4.5'. I have built
Qt with no problem but nor documentation was generated neither errors
was catched. There is *.qdoc in ($QTDIR)/doc/src but no *.qhp or
*.qdocconf. So I don't know how to generate *.qch or *.html files from
*.qdoc.

Please tell me what I have missed?
