[Qt-interest] Checkbox not stylable on Hover ! Bug ?

I was making a Custom Style
and then I noticed a Checkbox is not stylable on hover action
wherever radio is.
This is the code I am trying
(I am trying the same code that's provided with Qt's ArthurStyle demo)

It draws a Greenish ellipse on the redio Buttonon Mouse over but hover doesn't 
correctly on CheckBox

Is this a Bug ? or there is some other FRONT DOOR to handle hover on Checkbox 
?
have anybody else experienced the same problem ?
I can show the full Code If Required.
