[Qt-interest] QFontDatabase::addApplicationFont() always returns -1

Dear all,

the function QFontDatabase::addApplicationFont() always returns -1,  
nevermind which TTF file I pass to the function. On the console I can  
see the following error message:

FT_New_Face failed with index 0 : 2

I am on Qt Embedded 4.5.0 using an ARM9 microcontroller. Btw: Same  
happened with Qt 4.4.3.

Any ideas?
