[Qt-interest] will the open source version 4.5 support visual studio

Unless you are doing GPL project, you can use static. But in a LGPL you
can't use static. That is not possible due to LGPL licence.
So if you wan to close your source and use static build, you need to
commercial version.

Also in the commercial version you have direct email support and you have
the Visual Studio Integration, that it is different form the Add-in.
