[Qt-interest] QT 4.5 configure

Hello everybody, 
I downloaded the binary installation package of QT.45 with the QT creator and the rest of the stuff. 
Now, I'm working on windows system with MS Visual studio  2005.
What if I don't run Configure -platform win32-msvc2005? can I create my software anyway or it will be the hell on earth? because whenever I download any of the release of QT, it's always a pain trying to arrive at the end of the compilation of the LIB files.
