[Qt-interest] Setting up Qt 4.5 Visual Studio Integration Beta

Nokia is currently offering a beta of their non-commercial Qt 4.5 Visual
Studio Integration but have yet to offer an SDK pre-built with Visual
Studio.  Because Qt 4.5 is the first version released under LPGL and is
attracting attention from Visual Studio users, I have blogged about creating
