[Qt-interest] Mac binary SDK distro

I asked the same thing a week or so ago, and was told that it seems to  
be an accidental omission (though I'm not sure that was from an  
authoritative source--might have been a guess).  I compiled qt from  
source to obtain them.  Perhaps you'll see them in a later version of  
the SDK.
